Mr Zakhele Mbokazi is a lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand since 2007. He has twenty years experience in the field of education, teaching across various sectors of education, ranging from primary through secondary school to a school for learners with Special Educational Needs. He was employed for four years at the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) as a Deputy Chief Education Specialist. He spent five years as a Teacher Advisor at the Maths Centre for Primary Teachers. He spent a further five years at the National Department of Education as a Chief education Specialist.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Primary Education Bachelor of Education (Honours) Postgraduate Diploma in Education Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has recently submitted his PhD thesis for examination.
